Language Neutral Display
This is how easy to use a warewasher can be: The C50 has a language-neutral and colour-coded display with self-explanatory pictograms. This means that the machine can also be used intuitively and safely by new employees or when staff change regularly

High Temp
Washing with high temperatures: For special applications, an optional HighTemp kit is available to retrofit the C50. This raises the tank heating power from 18 to 27 kW, and the tank water temperature rises to 73° C. For maximum hygiene and flexibility of use.

Fast Drainage & Filling
Sometimes things have to happen fast: As well as the normal drainage programme, the C50 has a special programme for fast drainage. This means that the entire tank water is drained in around five minutes – without flushing out the machine room. Another additional programme ensures that, if the tank water needs changing, the machine is ready to use again very soon afterwards. The tank is completely drained and filled again within 15 minutes.

Double Filtration
The cleaner the wash water, the fewer changes of water are required. And the better the wash result. That’s why the C50 comes with an efficient double filtration system: Strainers filter food remnants from the wash water and can easily be removed for cleaning. The pump inlet filter protects against contamination right from the start and protects the pump from mechanical damage.

Pump Rinse
For a perfect rinse result: In the “dual rinse” version, the C50 has a pump rinse. This means: The water comes out of a separate tank for rinsing and therefore has better water quality. Remnant particles are rinsed off even better.

Zone Activation
Intelligent and cost-saving: The individual zones of the C50 are activated only when actually required, i.e. when a washing basket is in the relevant zone. This conserves resources and lowers the operating costs. Because water, power, detergent and rinse aid are used efficiently and economically.

Non-Pressurised Boiler
From a water pressure of 1.5 bar the C50 boiler works independently of the water pressure and maintains a stable power of 27 kW. This guarantees consistently high rinse quality: with economic water consumption and rinse-aid dosing that is always optimal.

Efficient Tank Heating
Maximum safety in cleaning and hygiene: The standard C50 equipment includes tank heating with a high power of 18 kW. This ensures that the required tank temperature is reliably maintained at all times. You have the option of increasing the power with a HighTemp kit.

Washing Speed
The major strength of the C50 is in its performance: With it you can achieve up to 260 racks per hour. And all this with compact dimensions and low space requirements. Three different speed levels allow you to adjust the wash cycle to suit the volume of wash items. With this, you are ready for anything. Even at peak times.

Maximum Flexibility

With the C50 you have – and will continue to have – full flexibility: The machine is available in 2 basic versions, “single rinse” and “dual rinse”. The modular system also offers different configuration and installation options. Pre-cleaning zone or drying zone? Possibility for HighTemp mode? Mechanical or electrical corner conveyor? Linear or corner inlet table? It is all possible – and can of course be upgraded later.

Hygiene Safety
The C50 is specifically designed for first-class wash results, hygienic cleanliness and excellent drying: With a standard tank heating performance of 18 kW, upgradeable tank heating performance to 27 kW (HighTemp) and a well-thought-out hygienic design. The boiler heating always operates, independently of the water pressure provided on site, with a stable 27 kW: This guarantees consistent and perfect rinse results.
